■サービスの内容 こちらはご来店予約のみになります。 ■当日の流れ ご来店後、自由にご覧ください。 ■予約の際の注意事項 ①日本語のみ対応しています。 ②アトリエは3階にあります（エレベーターはありません）。 ③アトリエ_ショップでは、現金支払いかクレジットカード支払いがご利用いただけます。 ■キャンセルに関して ①ご予約のキャンセルや日時変更は、前日の9:00までにご連絡ください。 ②キャンセル料はかかりません。 ③予約時間を15分超えても来店されない場合やご連絡がない場合は、無断キャンセルとさせていただきます。 ■Service Details Appointments only are accepted. ■Flow on the Day After arriving, feel free to look around. ■Important Notes for Reservations ① We only provide service in Japanese. ② The atelier is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator available). ③ At the Atelier Shop, you can pay with cash or credit card. ■Regarding Cancellations ① Please notify us of any reservation cancellations or date/time changes by 9:00 AM the day before. ② No cancellation fee will be charged. ③If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time or fail to contact us, your reservation will be considered a no-show.
